The Yoga Center Retreat

The Yoga Center Retreat brings together people throughout the U.S. to practice live online yoga and experience community. From Yoga for Beginners to Family Yoga as well as online 230- and 300-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, there is an option for yogis of every age, size, race, and gender. This experience focuses on complete mind body solutions and not just the physical practice. Yogi Jennifer Gray has provided exceptional online live yoga teacher training, yoga classes and workshops experiences at the Yoga Center of Minneapolis since 2000. In 2018 she opened The Yoga Center Retreat with Amanda Collyard, Amy Wolford, and Jane Maltby. Drop-in special events are also offered for the Minneapolis metro area and online.
